Blog Response #4
The endings of Chinese Handcuffs, Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes, Running Loose, and Stotan! leave the reader with some unanswered questions. Chris Crutcher assumes the reader knows the ending, but he doesn't come out and say it. You take control and write the overview of one more chapter to these books. If there was one last chapter, what would it be about. How would you tie up loose ends, if you were the author?
If I were the author to Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes the last chapter would be about how Lemry adopts Sarah. This would make the book come altogether because then Sarah would have a forever home to live in and nice adoptive parents that care about her. It would also be about how Eric and Jody end up being together because I think they are a good fit for each other. I also would talk about how Mr. Byrnes was guilty of child abuse and would be locked up in jail for the rest of his life. I also would say that Carver was not accused guilty of assaulting Mr. Byrnes and that he was free. Also, Eric's mom would forgive him for getting arrested. Lastly, I would talk about how successful Eric and Sarah became 20 years later and they were lifelong lasting best friends.
ReplyDeleteI agree, after all that these characters have been through, I believe an epilogue near the end of the book about what happened to Virgil, Sarah, Eric, and Carver would wrap up these characters stories as well as the story itself. Eric and Sarah's friendship after the events of the novel would also be interesting to explore, whether they stayed best friends or went their separate ways, either way, since their friendship had such a stronghold on the story, I would be interested to see what happened to their friendship years later.
DeleteI agree, that would be a nice thing to talk about since we never really know where she was living and in the epilogue they briefly mention that she was adopted by the Lemry's but never went into detail so it would be nice to add more detail about that. I also think it would be a good idea to speak about Carver and his charges because again they were only briefly spoke about so it would be nice to go further into detail.
DeleteI agree I think this ending would be perfect for this book. I'm so happy Sarah got adopted by a loving family she really deserves it.
DeleteI agree with the Sarah part but I don't like Jody in Eric together and it felt forced like rushed love.
DeleteThe one last chapter if there was another i believe it would be about like the very end of the book with jasper having a loaded .22 birdshot gun in his office. First i think Louie would walk in a jasper would say some mean words to him. Then soon after Louie gets shoot by jasper in his office as Louie tries to escape for him. They do a wake and funeral for Louie with all his friends and the whole football team is what i think would be the outcome of the last chapter in Running Loose.
ReplyDeletei think that would be an interesting way to end the book, i cant believe jasper had a gun in his office he just was waiting for Louie to walk in i wounder what would happen if he did.
DeleteMy book was Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes. In my final chapter I would talk about Mr. Byrnes and what all happened to him and whether or not he ended up in jail or not. I would speak about what Carver all ended up getting charged with, why, and what does he have to do because of those charges. Another thing I would write about would be what happened to Sarah, so I would include info about what happened to her and where she lives now and how her mental health is. I would give a conclusion to all the questions a person may have about the characters so they do not leave the book off on a bad note and feeling like they got no answer to what happened to each one of the characters. That way there will not be as many people saying that the ending of the book was horrible because they never got an answer to what happened to Mr. Byrnes, Sarah, Carver, and many more characters.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the ending of the book was definitely not the best. It could for sure have done a better job tying up loose ends and answering questions the reader still has. I agree it is important to add what happened to Mr. Byrnes because his role was large and had a great impact on the story.
DeleteI agree, I think characters such as Virgil, Sarah, Carver, and Eric deserve some kind of conclusion, leaving the story up to interpretation while the book itself has been very straightforward, in turn, makes it feel unfinished. Perhaps a short epilogue of what happens to some of the characters would benefit the story by wrapping up all of the loose ends of Sarah, Virgil, Carver, and Eric that plague the ending of the novel.
DeleteI would also include that Mr. Byrnes would end up in jail for the rest of his life for causing Sarah's burns and abusing her. In my chapter I would let Carver get away with no consequences for what he did to Mr. Byrnes because he deserved it. I would also include that Sarah is very happy with her life now and finally lives a normal life. I also agree that I would make the ending a lot better with more surprise. I feel like the ending to this book was so boring.
DeleteThat is exactly what I was thinking! Explain the characters better and how it really ended for them, however I did not think about adding Virgil into the mix since he is not a good character and honestly, I don't care how everything ended for him but that is a good idea.
DeleteI agree the ending wasn't the best it felt unfinished and just felt blah adding Virgil shouldn't have been added.

ReplyDeleteIf i were to write another chapter about chinese handcuffs i would bring dillion and jen back together and have them have a normal relationship a couple years later. I think this would be a good ending because dillion always had a thing for jen even if the spark wasn't there yet. Otherwise everything else can stay the same because i liked the ending other than that.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
DeleteI also think that Jen and Dillon should have ended this book as a couple because in a way I think that they kept each other alive. Dillon was only here for Jens sake and Jen was only here because Dillon would end his life if she did.
DeleteI also read Chinese Handcuffs and I don't think that Dillon would get back with Jen because towards the end of the book Dillon said that they barely talked and that i probably wouldn't have worked out because all the stuff she went through and I don't see them getting back together because I don't think Jen will trust Dillon.
Deletei agree with you on that Riley, i think Dillion and Jen would be perfect for each other because they both can never get away from each other. I think if something happened to Jen then Dillion would also end his life with her.
DeleteI think if Chinese Handcuffs had one last chapter it would talk about how life would be like after getting rid of T.B and how Jen acts now that T.B is gone. And how how it feels not to have all that pressure all on him. I would tie up Dillon and Jen because they went there opposite ways after Dillon got rid of T.B and Jen was mad at him but then Jen wanted to show showed the police and why Dillon thought that T.B would come back and hurt Jen and her family even after being caught.
ReplyDeleteI would also end the book with more explanation on the Jen and T.B situation. Is Jen better now or does she feel a sense of loneliness now that he is gone even with how bad he treated her.
DeleteI also would have added a chapter about their life after. I wonder if she moves out with her sister and if her mom has found better men. I wanted to see Jen and Dillion together so I would have added that too. I know she's going to have a hard time trusting anyone after everything that's happened but she already was trusting Dillion so she should just stay with him.
DeleteI think your last chapter would be unnecessary, unless it adds more that hasn't been seen.
DeleteFor Running Loose, I think the last chapter would be Louie breaking the plaque, and Jasper sees it through security cameras. There would be some court case for it and before they find Louie guilty, Jasper would be exposed about all his power corruption and it ends with Louie's family moving.
ReplyDeleteI thought the same with louies family moving away it just seems as his reputation is almost ruined
DeleteMy book was Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes. For the last chapter I would touch more on the after math. I would add what happened to Carver, such as what happened to his jail time and how did his girlfriend, Eric's mom, react to what she heard on the news. I would also like to hear what happened to Virgil Byrnes, and if he went to jail and for how long, also if he recovered from his altercation with Carver. I would add what happens to Sarah, and if she ever recovered fully from all her trauma, and what the status of her mental health is. I would like to know if she was happy with her new family the Lemry's. I would add how Eric was doing swimming For a college now and if he really lost all the weight that the coach said he would lose.
ReplyDeleteI agree that there should be more detail on what Eric's mom reaction was after hearing about what Carver did. I would also like to know more about not just Eric but everyone else, on how they are doing in college. Learning more about Sarah and her life now would also be a good detail to and I agree that it would be nice to know how her new home is and how she is doing mentally.
DeleteIf I was the author of Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes and I were to write one last chapter of the book, I would wrap up Carver's story by his charges being dropped by his lawyer and being able to walk a free man as well as Virgil being sentenced to prison for what he did to Sarah, her mother, and Eric. Not only would this be a satisfying wrap up for Carver, but also a necessary punishment for Virgil for all the horrible things he did to others. Both Eric and Sarah deserve a victory, and I think that this ending would not only be a nice conclusion for Eric who finally has a decent father figure, but Sarah can live with Lemry, who cares for her, and finally move on from the pain and suffering her father brought her. Wrapping up the stories by wrapping up two of the character's flaws and conflicts.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a fantastic last chapter. It would be cool if Crutcher does that, with how it all wraps up in a neat bow.
DeleteWith the book Stotan, the way it leaves you hanging, you really wish there was more to be read. It talks about Walker is going to set Devnee straight and then it cuts off. If there had to be another chapter that I could write wit would bring everything in. I would start off with Walker and Devnee together and Walker thinking about breaking up with her. The only problem with that is he has wanted to do that all through out the story but backs off when he gets into the situation. After that I would go into what everyones life is looking like when they make it home from State. Walker, Nortie, Lion, and Elaine go off to college while Jeff is either recovering from the leukemia or sadly passes away. I think with having this tied up it would clean up the story and give you a better understanding on what is going to happen for the next couple of years in their lives.
ReplyDeleteIf i was the Author of running loose, i would have ended the book with more confrontation it ends with jasper having the loaded 22 in his office. Id have added a huge fight between the parents the principal and jasper which would lead to Louie and his family leaving the area and moving away. Jasper puinished and Coach L as well i would want the book to end after all of the problems were said, like the football game with Coach L i would want the full truth to come out
ReplyDeleteFrom the previous blogs it seems like there are a lot of problems that have occurred in this book. I think having another chapter to resolve or even just discuss the problems is something that every book like this needs. Having that fight could even change a lot of things especially because Jasper has a loaded 22 that he could use.
DeleteI agree with you brad. Somethings can go either way and it makes you want to know. I think if jasper caught Louie stealing the memorial jasper would've shot him or at least tried to.
DeleteI agree, I would like to see Jasper given consequences or have someone threaten his power. Because he's not as big of a hot shot that he thinks he is.
DeleteIf I was the author of Chinese Handcuffs, there is a lot more lose ends I would tie up before ending the book. If I were to add another chapter I would first start off by explaining where Jen is at mentally. Is she seeing a counselor, is she still having these bad thoughts, and where can she now move on from all of the trauma? I would end it by saying she is now mentally stable now that T.B is far away from her. Then, I would talk about Stacy and how her and the kid are doing. Since she had revealed the truth to the whole school that it is Preston's kid, I would say how she is doing better than ever now that the truth is out. Lastly, I would add that T.B ended up getting a lawyer but still failed and ended up being put in jail for the rest of his life as he should.
ReplyDeleteI also would have liked to see T.B's trial and conviction. I feel like the author ended the story too soon because T.B has been one of the "bad people" in the book and they just kind of got rid of him. I would have liked to hear his explanation/reasoning for this to more understand how he thinks.
DeleteAlong with your character Jen with her mental health, in the book Staying Fat I would talk about Mark's mental health because the book left off where Mark says he is sorry for blaming people for his attempted suicide but Crutcher doesn't saying anything more on his mental state.
Deletei agree i think that would be very important to the ending of the book if the author included if T.B ended up getting put in jail for life or not. I think if he didnt get put in jail he would run around with a different women and end up ruining someone elses life also.
Deletei think chris crutcher could also tie up mental health in staying fat. after attemted suicide i would like to know where marks mind is at. even where erics head is at because he almost died aswell. the whole town basically has a messed up mental state
DeleteIf I was the author for Chinese Handcuffs I think it would be important to show good times between Jen and her sister. During the story, Jen always wants to protect her but I feel like it would be beneficial to know more about her sister. I would write a chapter about a special time or bond they share. Another chapter I would write would be about Jen and Dillion getting into a relationship and fully trusting each other. I was kind of disappointed in how they ended it with them because I feel like the author made me think they were going to be together.
ReplyDeleteFor Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes I would show more good times between Sarah and her mother because we never got to meet Sarah's mom or get to know her very much throughout the book. Sarah's mom is not protective of Sarah at all because she would not even report Sarah's dad to the police that he abused Sarah and caused the burns on her face. I would have Eric and Jody get into a relationship because they seem they would be a good fit together as well. I did not like the ending to my book either, it was boring.
DeleteI also read Chinese Handcuffs and I agree with what you said about Jens little sister because she is a important piece if the book because if she didn't exist then thing might have been different for Jen because she always wanted to protect her and that's why she didn't do nothing to T.B but if she wasn't around would Jen run away?
DeleteIf I was the author of Staying Fat for Sarah Byrness I would tie up lose ends by creating another chapter. In this chapter I would go into more detail on the process of Lemery adopting Sarah and how Sarah was dealing with the aftermath of her father. I would go back and talk about Sarah's mom and see how her life looks and how she is dealing with the fact Sarah sought her out, after seeing Sarah after so long. Lastly, I would wrap up Carver's role in the book becuase it just leaves off saying how he has to spend some nights and weekends in jail becuase of work. I would like to touch on how Carver is dealing with standing up for Eric and ending up in jail. I would write more about Eric's mom and how she delt with Carver; him going to jail and him not telling her he used to in the millitary.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very good point with Carver and how he hid that from Erics mom and Eric the whole story and I wish I would have put that in my writing. Carver was a smaller character but a big one at the same time.
Deletei would also like to see how sarahs mom countinues in life seeing how she basically left sarah high and dry. i spoke about in my blog response on how i would like to see her journey in reno and how she didnt persue her dancing career.
DeleteIf i was the author of Chinese Handcuffs i would tie up loose ends by making another chapter explaining their later life. i would go more into detail on if Jen is happier now without T.B being in her life. i also would include if Jen and her mom get along well without T.B in their lives. Lastly, i would wrap up Dillion and Jen's current relationship on if they decided to get along or not. I think it would be really important to the ending of the book and i bet they would and maybe get married.
ReplyDeleteSounds like your book has some really loose ends and the ending could go either way. Hopefully they all end up happily ever after but it doesn't always end up like that.
DeleteI THINK THEY WOULD MAKE A GREAT COUPLE WITH ALL CONSIDERING I WISH WE COULDVE SEEN WHAT WOULD HAPPEN WITH THEM
DeleteI would be very interested in reading an extra chapter in the book wrote by you ending the way you want it to end. It would be a very interesting twist.
Deletei totally agree that the book needs another chapter showing what happens later in their life and if they end up together or if they end up living a happy life.
DeleteIf I was Chris Crutcher in staying fat for Sarah Byrnes, I would have focused on Lemery adopting Sarah in the last chapter and go into more detail about how it all went down instead of putting in the news article and calling that good enough. I feel this book is really open ended and you have to make up your own conclusions to what happened to everyone. I would explain what Sarah's life was like when she finally had a family again, a caring one for that matter and show that she can truly grow to become the person she wants to be. But I would definitely go into more detail since the ending wasn't my cup of tea, explaining how it was like for every "main" character in this book. Them packing up for college or starting their jobs and going off on their own.
ReplyDeleteIf I was the author of running loose I would add another chapter of what Louie does next. His last couple words of the book was Louie is going to go bust up Becky's memorial again. The next chapter would have to include if Louie actually broke up the memorial again or not and if he got caught what would happen. I'm sure if jasper caught him in the act he may shoot him because he was sleeping in his office with a gun for a little bit. Louie would also get kicked off the track team.
ReplyDeleteThat could definitely happen, however, Louie was making it so that Jasper had went on home if I'm not mistaken, as Louie waited patiently for him to leave. But if he was caught, he'd definitely be reprimanded in some way, being kicked off the track team would be the first thing that happened.
Deletethis book sounds very interesting and seems like it has a lot going on. This definitely sounds like a book i would consider reading.
Deleteya i think that would be a good way to end the book, i wounder what louie would do next i wounder if hed move on from becky
DeleteI would do the same, I'm very curious as to if Jasper would have the confidence to actually shoot Louie if he caught him or if he's just bluffing.
DeleteSounds like you could have wrote the book a little bit better
Deletei still have a couple questions about staying fat for sarah brynes. I wonder why nothing really happened with sarahs moms life. she had these dreams of dancing and she ended up being a waiter. i would like to know her story after she left virgil and sarah. It must have been rough if after fifteen years shes got this minimum wage job no where near dancing. id like to know about erics moms ex that carver kind of split up. why did carver not think this ex was suited for her. what was this place of work that carver supervised. and how did carver and erics moms relationship start/grow. the last question i have is where does jody and erics relationship go from here. after all thats happend in the book do they stay together, maybe eric breaks things off because he feels bad for Mark after there heart to heart.
ReplyDeleteThe author does a very good job of giving us cliff hangers. This book sounds very good and I would consider reading it!
DeleteI was wondering the same thing book would have been a little bit better if they would have answered these question's.
Deleteif i could make one final chapter in the book Chinese handcuffs i would have focused on t.b being arrested and Jennifer's life after him because all we know is that he was arrested but we never found out what did come of him, and it leaves me with questions about it. i also would have focused on Jennnifer's life after T.B because she was burdened with it all the time and i want to know if she got any sense of closure or peace with the after fact and i want to know what came of her and dillions friendship like if they stay friends after finding out he videotaped her getting raped and confronting him.
ReplyDeletethat would make a good ending to the book and would make everything tie together nicely.
Deletethat would be a grate ending
Deleteif I was the author of Chinese handcuffs I would tie up the loose ends. I would go into depth about if Jen was happy now with tb out of her life. another thing is I would include if Jen and her mom are getting along now. J would wrap up the chapter with including something about Dillon and Jen if they are in a relationship yet or not.
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly what i would add into mine too. I would want to see Jen and her mother get alongh again.
DeleteVery good idea on including what happens with her mom and their relationship. I didn't even think of that until you mentioned it.
DeleteIf I was the author of Staying Fat For Sarah Byrnes I would have talked more about Lemery adopting Sarah Byrnes The book would have been a little bit better if the talked more about how Sarah was at her new home with her new parents. I would also talk more about Mark and his mental issues after he got out of the hospital from trying to kill himself. This book was pretty good but just a few thing i would add to the book to tie it all together.
ReplyDeletesounds like your book had a good ending and didnt leave you wondering very much.
DeleteI agree. Books completing the fact of how mental illness affects their overall ending and actually finishing it is a very nice touch. I've read several books that tie in mental illness in some way or another and incorporating it within the character and broadening it, and showing how it develops and evolves is always an amazing thing to see from beginning to end.
DeleteIt sounds like it would be good and benificial to have Sarahs adoption talked about more because it wouldnt leave you off questioning. I love that you get into these books and express your feelings, reslly shows how much the book means too you, hope you enjoyed your book. joe 2x
DeleteIn the Book Chinese Handcuffs, there is a lot that happens in the last 50 pages. There are a lot of things going on with all the characters in the book. I would start of the chapter talking about T.B. and him being in prison for rape. He would get jumped by all the inmates for the terrible things he did. I would also make it that Dillion and Jen meet up again and become friends. Then they would later date and live together. I would Also write it about the coach and how she kept coaching. I would add that Preston's legacy lives on and have one more final letter to him about Dillion and his life.
ReplyDeleteI agree I think it would be important that Preston be included in the last chapter since most of the book revolved around Dillon's letters to him
DeleteI would like to see Dillon move on with his life after his final letter to preston.
DeleteSeeing TB go to prison would be a great way to flesh out his back story and see why he is the way he is. Chris Crutcher really did not leave us with a satisfying conclusion to Dillon and Jen's relationship so I do agree that we should see they become friends. One last letter with Preston would be a great way to leave us off with Dillon tying up all his thoughts but on the other hand maybe that was left out for a reason so that the audience can tie everything together on their own and take away what they think they should personally take away from this novel.
DeleteIf I were the author of Chinese handcuffs I would make another chapter about what happens to all of these peoples lives after Tb was gone. Jen has spent so long being scared and hating herself for what was happening when Tb came in her room at night. But now he's gone so I would tell about how she adapts to a normal life. I would also put in Tbs trial because it would be really hard for him to get away with this considering there is hard physical evidence against him.
ReplyDeleteI would also like to see jen adapt to a normal life, i think she could do great things with her life
DeleteI would love to see Jen lead a truly happy life for the first time in her life. Maybe if she met with the therapist that Dillon met with earlier in the novel then this would have felt like it was set up and always intended to be part of the novel. As for TB's trail I feel like there's no way he's getting out of that with video evidence against him.
DeleteI also think it would be interesting to see how Jen deals with this and possibly seeing how her and dillion slowly get closer with each other.
DeleteSince Louie goes back to break the tombstone again of Becky, I would write how he breaks it and then leaves a message. Not to say what he should change on the tombstone, but to insult Jasper and say that he needs to fix and make one properly, or else Louie will keep breaking it. Therefore after this happens, Jasper would end up fixing it, make it properly, and then it ends there. With Becky getting the memorial she deserves.
ReplyDeleteI think this would be a great ending because it would force jasper to make it the right way and wouldnt leave the book on as big of a cliff hanger
DeleteThat ending sounds so much better than the one there is. I find the tombstone to be disrespectful and she deserves a proper memorial.
DeleteIf I wrote the last chapter of my book STOTAN! it would be about what happened to everyone after the book ended things like did walker break up with Devnee or did he accept it after never being able to be accepted by Elane or maybe what happened to lion a possible worse ending for O'Brian and things of that sort
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you Luke. I think it would've helped a lot to have the understanding of what Walker was going to do. I do wish that O'Brian did get a worse ending for what he was like throughout the whole story.
DeleteI feel like Chris could have talked more about the book Chinese handcuffs by telling us what happened to Jennifer's step dad I feel this is important because the leader basically got left off on a cliffhanger on saying oh TB as he's known is sent to jail. I also feel like Chris could have wrote more about how Dylan is doing outside of writing to his dead brother and how he feels about it.
ReplyDeleteMy only question would be what happens with TB, does he go to jail? Or does he use his lawyer skills to get off. The last chapter I would add would be about Jen and Dillons relationship. In my chapter I would include them staying together and having a good close relationship due to what they have been through. I would like to see what happens to TB with is run in with the police, Jen talks about how good of a lawyer he is so maybe he gets off and goes on to do these horrible acts to another family.
ReplyDeleteIf i were to write another chapter for the book chinese handcuffs and tie up loose ends it would be about jennifer and dillons relationship and it would include the trial for the stepdad. I would have jen and dillon date and live a long happy life with 3 kids and a nice house. Their kids would be great at sports and have lots of friends. I would also show how the stepdads trial went down, that he tried arguing that he was innocent and he failed because there was hard evidence.
ReplyDeleteIf i were the author of this book I would bring Dillon and Jen together at the end of the book because Dillon did so much for her. I think the two characters are just so perfect for each other, they would help each other through the hard times like they already have. Dillon isn't a very pushy person he knows his limits with Jen, and I believe they would end up being a power couple. I would also add Jens stepdads trial and the birth/ adoption of Jens baby sister because we never found out anything about either of those things.
ReplyDeleteI also think it would help us readers know what happens to Jens step dad because he played a big role in the story and has done so many bad things. This would help the readers be more certain about what happens to him.
Deletei think if there was one more chapter to my book running loose it would be of how now since Louie did well in the track meet that everyone will really respect him including jasper and ledneckey the whole school will. and even with Becky gone i feel like Louie will finally move on but he will always remember Becky sanders.
ReplyDeleteIf I was the author of Running Loose I wouldn't have left the race so undecided. Louie trained so hard and persevered against everyone who didn't believe in me so much, that he deserved to fairly win that last race. I think the pressured competition between him and Washington would have been a great added achievement to Louie's reputation if he had won the race. I think it was well deserved to have Washington come up and give Louie his respect, if I were the author I would make the next chapter about Louie and Boomer becoming friends and Louie going and visiting Washington in the town over and becoming friends with all the guys that go to that school. I would love to have created a scene where Louie holds a ceremony of his own for Becky and gets to finally do something actually sentimental towards her death. I feel that Louie and Becky's dad deserve more of each other's company, they are both so lost having lost the same person just in a different way so to be able t lean on each other and share separate memories of Becky would help the grief they both have.
ReplyDeleteIf I was able to write one more chapter of the book I would have Dillon, Jen, and Stacy have dinner together one last time. Though this may be unnecessary in terms of the character completing their arcs I think it would leave the readers more satisficed. It would be interested comparing this scene to the previous dinner scene and seeing how the dynamics have been changed forever due to all that had happened in between. Though I don't think this would be realistic due to how Dillon and Jen aren't on the best of terms.
ReplyDeleteI would agree, i would like a book to have a ending that satisfies me. It givees you the closure about what you are reading. I think it would be intresting to see how Dillon and Jen turn out based on your new chapter
Deletein the last chapter Sarah gets adopted Lemery and with the bio mom not much happened and her bio mom just left and was a waitress. Sarrah finally gets a good ending and able to have a good household and enjoy life. Eric and Jody where cute but honestly, I don't like them together. I liked them at the start but like through the book when they started dating everyone thought it was a bad idea and I agree. But i felt as though Sarah and Eric where going to get together at some point and break away later in life. Jody was treated well by eric though but I felt like it was a pity party.
ReplyDeleteI think that there is many important things left out at the end of Chinese Handcuffs, such as Jens stepfathers trial and knowing if he is convicted. It also would be good to know what happens to Jens baby sister and if she ends up being adopted. I also think it would be cool to see dillion and Jen come together at the end of the book because they are such a powerful relationship in the story. I think that all of these things would make a good last chapter in the book, and answer a lot of readers questions.
ReplyDelete
